The Rough History of the Manhattan Express
Welcome back to Expedition Theme Park and the first video of 2020 the Manhattan Express. Me and Sam have both been back to the UK for Christmas and hope you all had a great holiday season and new year. We took a short break over the holidays but now we are back and will hopefully be able to get back to providing two videos a week.
First up in this new decade we’re heading back to Nevada to the New York New York hotel in Las Vegas for a look at another Hypercoaster situated on top of a casino. The Manhattan Express / The Big Apple Coaster.
This TOGO created coaster is one of the rougher rides I’ve been on but it still is a popular tourist destination in Vegas.
The coaster was related to Desperado in Primm and created to try and draw people into the New York New York Hotel and Casino. It’s troubled history though meant a really really rough ride. Make sure you check out part one looking at Desperado here.
